Spice of the Week: Virginia Spiceberry!
You won't find it in stores, since this rare native isn't grown commercially. Hand picked from wild plants, these dried berries have a very unique flavor, reminiscent of allspice and citrus! We use it for Spiceberry Syrup and Spiceberry Sauce. It can also be ground into savory dishes, or used as a tasty tea. Yum!
